Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of when order is placed.  Amanda’s Closet will inspect all items and determine whether it will be a full refund or store credit. All returns must be odorless, not worn, altered or washed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects.
 
All merchandise on sale will be for store credit only.
 
Amanda’s Closet is not responsible for any packages not shipped by us.  Please insure all return/exchanges.

Shoes

We will not accept returns on shoes that have been scuffed.  Please be extremely careful trying on all shoes.  We recommend trying them on only carpet, for a limited time only.  Please inspect all shoes before attempting to send them back.  All shoe returns must include the original shoe box, in original condition (not bent or damaged in anyway and without postal labels).
 
Please allow two weeks from the time you ship your return for us to process the exchange or return.

Item availability

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain items including sizes, quantity and even items that you may have ordered, we will notify via email if this is the case. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as shipping conformation.

Guidelines for shipping

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm will begin processing that day, (excluding holidays) and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 3pm will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday. Amanda’s Closet will contact you via email if the merchandise you selected is not in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We use UPS or Federal Express and DHL for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to AOP/FPO address, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

DELIVERY TIME DOES INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS!

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged 6% on all orders shipped to Florida.
